After a lengthy career with IBM my wife Val and youngest daughter Madison changed our home in 2005 from British Columbia, Canada to Cabo San Lucas. The original attractions were climate and desired lifestyle changes. Initially through the Cabo Church we became immersed in the local communities meeting the needs of local families. We began assisting with feeding programs, broadening into the coordination and receiving of large mission teams desiring to serve the needs in Los Cabos. My path was then directed to Casa Hogar, a boy’s orphanage, where I spent 5 wonderful years being blessed by some very special boys before dedicating more of my time to Los Cabo real estate opportunities. For me the personal relationships (many developing into personal friendships) have been the priority and path to success.
